Processing Times
- We are a small-batch roaster, and all orders are roasted and packed to order.
- Standard processing time is 2-4 business days before shipment.
- During high-volume periods (seasonal releases, holidays), processing may extend to 5-7 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS and UPS. Typical delivery windows:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-6 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Orders of $50 or more ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

Order Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
- If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
- If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly. Moose House will assist where possible but cannot replace orders lost after delivery confirmation.
