Return & Refund Policy
Perishable Goods:
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee once it has left our facility.
Quality Guarantee:
We stand behind every roast. If there is an issue with:
• Damaged Packaging
• Incorrect Items
• Quality Concerns
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right through:
• Replacement, or
• Store Credit
Refunds are typically reserved for Non‑Coffee Merchandise:
For apparel, mugs, stickers, and other non‑perishable items:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations:
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been roasted or shipped.
• Once roasting begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
