Perishable Goods:

Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee once it has left our facility.

Quality Guarantee:

We stand behind every roast. If there is an issue with:
• Damaged Packaging• Incorrect Items• Quality Concerns

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right through:
• Replacement, or• Store Credit

Refunds are typically reserved for Non‑Coffee Merchandise:

For apparel, mugs, stickers, and other non‑perishable items:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been roasted or shipped.• Once roasting begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
