Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

• We’re a small-batch roaster and all orders are roasted and packed to order.
• Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before shipment.
• During high‑volume periods (seasonal releases, holidays), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

• We ship via USPS and UPS.
• Typical delivery windows:• USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
• UPS Ground: 3–6 business days
• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Order Tracking:

• A tracking number is emailed once the order ships.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:

• Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
• If a carrier marks a package as “delivered” but it cannot be found, customers should contact the carrier directly. Moose House will assist where possible but cannot replace orders lost after delivery confirmation.
